1. Who we are. WLG OneClickGen™ ("OneClickGen," "we," "us") is a service operated by Watson Legacy Group Inc. and Watson Legacy Group LLC. By using oneclickgen.app or engaging our service, you agree to these terms. The service is intended for business owners and creators 18 or older. Our full business and legal entity details are listed at the bottom of this page.
2. What the service is. OneClickGen is a private, done-for-you content service. For a monthly fee, we produce content deliverables — such as captions, scripts, email drafts, content calendars, and promotional campaigns — based on the strategy and direction agreed with each client. We provide content production services only. We are not a marketing agency, ad-buying service, or social media management service, and we do not post on your behalf unless separately agreed in writing.
3. AI-assisted content. Our deliverables are produced using artificial intelligence together with human direction. All content is provided to you as drafts for your review and approval before you publish anything. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving all content before use, and for ensuring it complies with the rules of any platform you post it on and with all applicable laws.
4. Fees & billing. The service is a recurring monthly engagement billed at the rate quoted at signup. It renews each month until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance for the upcoming service period. Prices and deliverables may change with notice. Seats are limited and offered on a first-come basis.
5. Payments. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Revisions & delivery. Each content batch includes the round(s) of revision described on our site or in your agreement. We will revise deliverables until they match the creative direction you approved. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on timely input, feedback, and approvals from you.
7. Ownership of content. Once a deliverable is produced and your account is current on payment, you own the rights to the final content we deliver to you, to use for your brand. We may keep internal copies for our records and may describe the type of work performed for our own portfolio in a general way, without sharing your confidential materials.
8. Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback, to hold the rights to any materials, logos, or brand assets you give us, and to use the deliverables lawfully. You are solely responsible for how and where you publish the content.

10. No guarantee of results. We guarantee that the work will meet the creative direction you approve. We do not guarantee any sales, revenue, views, followers, leads, engagement, virality, or any other business or platform outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, your audience, and platform algorithms.
11. Limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Watson Legacy Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service or the content we deliver. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the one month preceding the claim.
12. Cancellation & termination. Either party may end the engagement as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end service for non-payment, abuse, or misuse.
13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

How we use it. To review applications, communicate with you, produce and deliver your content, run and improve the service, and process payments.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate (such as our payment and form/email providers) and when required by law.
Confidentiality. We treat the brand materials and business information you share with us as confidential and use them only to perform the service for you.
Cookies & analytics. We use basic analytics and device storage for functionality and to understand usage. You can clear these anytime in your browser.

Custom work, billed monthly. OneClickGen is a done-for-you service in which we dedicate time and resources to produce custom content for your brand each month. Because the work is custom and performed specifically for you, payments for a service period are non-refundable once work on that period has begun.
Our quality commitment. Instead of refunds, we stand behind the work: if a content batch doesn't match the brand and content standard you approved, we will revise it until it matches the agreed creative direction. This is our guarantee — quality that meets your approved direction, not a guarantee of any sales, views, or other results.
Cancel anytime. You can cancel future months at any time by emailing watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com before your next billing date. When you cancel, you will not be billed again, and you keep any deliverables already produced and delivered for periods you have paid for. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current or past service periods.
Billing questions. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days at watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com and we will review it in good faith.
